By booking an appointment with Owlsnest Notary LLC, you agree to the following:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to confirmation.

  • Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification at the time of service.

  • Statutory notary fees are set by Texas law. Separate service fees may apply for travel, convenience, time, and specialty or after-hours services. All fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.

  • A full schedule of statutory notary fees is available upon request or posted as required by Texas law.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Owlsnest Notary LLC reserves the right to decline service if legal requirements are not met.
